Pim Techamuanvivit (Chez Pim) Says It Like It Is

Recently, I read the article about Denise Vivaldo and her relationship with controversial domestic goddess Sandra Lee of the “Semi-homemade” fame. The article has since been taken down (I originally read it at the Huffington Post) but Pim tweeted about it, and it just radiated with truth. Regardless of how Vivaldo feels about Sandra Lee or the premise of her show, she is being paid to do her job. The food community is very close-knit (and one might even debate about the inclusion of Sandra Lee’s creations into this community) but at the end of the day, you don’t take someone’s money and then badmouth them.
